- Clearing Aptitude round is much more important during the selection process. Aptitude test is unavoidable in case of fresher selection. Without clearing this round a candidate will not be able to proceed to further rounds, to say exactly without having the aptitude skills there will be no use of technical skill. Even if you are a master in the technology without clearing this apti round your skill set will not be evaluated. Therefore, iMFT equally give importance to both technical hot skills as well as Aptitude skill.
- IMFT trains its students by an experienced trainer who have proven his ability in various occasions, almost all of his students have cleared aptitude round very easily.
- Besides, the other soft skills such as Presentation skill, Communication skill, Using appropriate Body Language and maintaining eye contact, Conduct in interview hall, Attire and getting together etc will be trained to the students of iMFT.
